Recreational Modern Traditional Archery with Arrow Aiming

Archery should be fun and create satisfaction within the archer. Learning, muscle and skill development are the objectives.

Traditional archery takes many forms. This class is intended for adult and near adult sized beginner (or some experience) in archery, to help them to learn about the choices in archery, and specifically this one style. This class is designed for new intake every month. The Introduction and the Bare Essentials classes will be repeated the first and second Saturdays of each months, and the remaining Saturdays will be devoted the shot sequence in detail, exploring each step in detail with some overlap. As archery is iteration learning, the order of the classes beyond the introduction and bare essentials is not critical. Additional practice outside of the classes is recommended.

Studies show serious injuries occur to both stretchers and non-stretchers. No clear preference there.

Maffetone says that stretchers heel faster, with less visits to the doctor. Finely a clear benefit, or is there? So do stretchers self select to seek attention faster, or is there a benefit?

Doing the stretches lightly in the morning helps loosen the muscles and tendons and the old body feels better, but is that the benefit?
